SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 34 Proposing an amendment                          
to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to certain public          
corporations, was read the second time.                                        
                                                                               
Senator Torgerson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for              
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page               
2839. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                        
NO. 34(FIN) Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the                  
State of Alaska relating to public corporations (technical title

Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and              
placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
